Healthy Honey Mustard Dressing

- ½ cup vegan coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp raw organic honey (maple syrup*)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Whisk all ingredients together and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within one week
